Add a CommentThis is easily the most depressing book I've ever read. Not sad mind you, depressing: I feel an overall sense of unhappiness after finishing it. That being said, it's not a bad book by any means. It's amazingly well written, and the fact that it evoked such a powerful emotional response from me is testament to that. The characters all seem so real, as does the story, and the descriptions are amazing. A fantastic book, just don't read it if you want to keep your good mood.
