This short book was first published in 1997. Although not 'current' I have asked myself whether or not I would recommend this investing primer to others and the answer is yes. The reason I would recommend it is because of quote on page 48. It states....'Great civilizations collapsed when the gap between the haves and havenots was too great. America is on the same course, proving once again that history repeats itself.' Fourteen years later the Occupy movement addresses the exact same problem. He addresses this dysfunctional aspect of the modern world. Some may not think much of his simple approach and he makes no apology for being an educational marketer of investing board games. A few concepts clearly explained. Good for the novice investor.
Good book. I think the important lessons learned from this book are the subliminal ones, not the ones that he explicitly tells you
Very interesting book. Easy to read and very informative. It makes learning about money very easy. A good starter for those who are wanting to learn how to save money
Very interesting book. It will change the way you think about money!
I actually understood this!
I preferred to listen to it as an audiobook, Luckygirl. Kept my hands free to take notes!
It made me fall off my chair!!!!!!! It's like Kiyosaki is talking about MONEY like its THE MATRIX and we are all numb following this pattern that screws us up for the rest of our lives. This book has changed my whole life perspective. I recommend it to anyone who has prejudices against money or being rich.
This is a great book for anyone who wants to get ahead financially.
This is a very interesting book. I learned a big lesson about money.
