Add a CommentSo after reading The Orc King, and from my previous love of Drizzt's stories, I decided to give The Pirate King a try. I could not finish the book. I've only given up twoce on a book and this is one of them. Again I found the characters a little far from the reality of being an adult, a process which I am suffering right now, hehe so I really could not connect with the characters very well. **sad Also I had recently finished the Sword of Truth Novels by Terry Goodkind, which has set a new standard for me.
