Add a CommentHow to describe this book.....a tale of drug dealers, cops, the homeless and...oh yeah...werewolves, all told in free verse. A truly original story that may seem a little strange at first but quickly draws you in as you have to continue so you will know what happens to these characters.
The best book I've read in years! Why isn't some production company making a film out of this book?!?
I absolutely LOVED this book. Not only is the prose poetry refreshing and beautiful, but its about WEREWOLVES! What more could you possibly want? :D Seriously, though, the writing is excellent. It flows quite well despite being poetry. I'm not a huge poetry fan, but I really loved this book. I would definitely recommend it!
Q: How often do you get to read a novel about werewolves written as long-form free verse? A: Almost never. But now's your chance!
