Add a Commentkinda pointless and very depressing
The self-summary really says it itself, "slowly reveals information". The book dragged on and had about 3 different storylines the reader has to try and follow. There is the storyline of Leo, what's revealed in the book he finds, and then a third that was near impossible to follow. The book also had a very depressing tone to it. Our hero Leo isn't very sympathetic, despite what happens to him. Multiple storylines can work very well in a book, but when they don't intersect until the book is almost finished, it is simply confusing and slow.
Honestly, quite a slow book and a bit depressing. I like the ideas but the ending really left you with no closure.
