Summaries
Add a SummaryIn Blood Promise Rose is on her own, so is Lissa for that matter, Rose has set her self up for what seems to be a suicide mission. Dimitri is stronger, faster, smarter and older than Rose, now that he is a Strigoi there is no way she can defeat him, yet she packs her bags, hugs Lissa and heads off to Russia. It was great getting to know Dimitri's family and what a real Dhamphir's community was like. The time with his family helped Rose to heal his family accepted her, they treated her like a widow, not like a student losing a teacher she had a crush on. Ok this is going to be really hard not to spoil the plot for you guys... the middle and end were so mind blowing, Rose is lost trying to figure out who she is and what she really wants in life. Meanwhile Lissa is losing herself slowly to the darkness as well as something more sinister.

Great series and what an ending! I immediately started the next one.
This one is super amazing, actually they've all been super amazing. All the twists ans turns int eh plot they just pulled me in beside Rose and Lissa.
book number 4
this serie was awsome!!! the only thing is that rose's storie finishes after last sacrifice :( i am a rose fan and dimitri too ofcourse
i have not yet read this one-does Rose kill Dimitri?
I love this series- story lines r great- characters r great- really connected with the characters and the emotions surrounding them throughout the series - definitely worth reading! One of my favorites!
the great thing about Richelle Mead's books is that she always takes you unawares. Although the start was a little slow, the book picked up greatly once Rose began killing the strigoi and was confronted by Dimitri. Abe's character is unique and specifically described. i didnt see much role of the alchemist though. Rose's determination to kill Dimitri was great and the battle was prickly. it always kept me wondering what will happen next. afterall she either had to kill him or get away from him, both of which were next to impossible.
Couldn't put the book down, it was just so amazing. Richelle Mead just keeps making it better and better.
Amazing book! A must-read for anyone who likes romantic books or vampire/supernatural books! It's even better than Twilight!
