Add a CommentI was surprised by this movie - I was expecting it to be worse than the first installment, but it wasn't. More comedy, more action, the story was easy to follow especially if you saw the first one... I liked it & would recommend others watch it!
it's a decent movie.
It was an average sci-fi film with good special effects. I don't think it was as good as the original that came out in 2007.
B+ movie!!!!!!!
Very disappointed in this 2nd Transformers movie. I was expecting the same level of care put into this one as the first, but sadly, I was wrong to assume this would be the case. This felt like something thrown together to ride on the coat tails of the first movie. Very little plot, no real direction, some parts were confusing and the whole movie felt disjointed. There were a few scenes that were enjoyable and funny. I'll let viewers discover those for themselves. Overall, very disappointed in the quality of this one.
There was not a whole lot of plot going on, or anything else for that matter. There was so much irrelevant, random stuff in this movie. You know it is bad when the characters who come the closest to being fully developed are two foul-mouthed robots. Michael Bay just needs to stop making movies already.
I did not like this movie as much as the first one. There was plenty of action, but I could not keep track of all the characters they just suddenly threw in there! I'm talking about a whole load of new Decepticons (did I spell that right?) that are all the SAME color. I could tell one or two apart, but that was it.
I'm not the biggest fan of Michael Bay, in fact I absolutely and extremely dislike his films. But if I had to choose between this one and the one before this I would have to choose the latter. Why? Because in the first movie, it wasn't about big breasted talentless actresses. No it actually had meaning and plot and a decent setup. This one on the other hand focuses more on sexual themes, and big budget action without really focusing on character or plot.
Full of action! Great movie
The first movie was better.
