Add a CommentThis is a very fun cookbook and slice of life from The Pioneer Woman. Those familiar with her blog will likely recognize most of the recipes and photos. I love that every recipe contains a number of photos. I detest cookbooks without photos. Ree Drummond's writing is lively and entertaining and this book is worth getting.
This book makes my mouth water. I've tried a couple of her recipes so far and love them! Great photos and instructions for a cooking newbie like me.
I love that this has so many pictures ! What's a cookbook without pictures? I tried several recipes. The sugar cookies and the calzones were a big hit.
pretty rich in animal saturated fats--meat and dairy....
The Pioneer Woman Cooks, Ree Drummond food blogger from http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/. I love her style and her photos and her website. I've yet to try a recipe, but they look delish!
I really enjoyed this book. Dee Drummond has some very funny stories and the pictures are amazing. There are step by step instructions and pictures for each recipe.
She has great recipies, especially her Peach Crumble is to die for! It's great to have all the recipies into one book.
Another popular blog writer turned book author. What puts it above the rest is the little tidbits about her life and her family. Recipes are not for the dieting crowd, but they do look good!
