It is book 2. Forever is the 3rd book
The whole Grace being sick thing was getting old, but the story kept a very good pace. Very enjoyable read.
Fantastic -- the new perspectives spread the plot around (because we can only listen to Grace and Sam's love conversations for so long before we go crazy jealous and then throw the book at the floor.) Nice writing, very strong voices, and amazing plot. The ending was slightly predictable and the pacing is a tad slow. Still, this is amazing!
A satisfying middle novel of a trilogy, which I hope to finish soon. There was more characters and character development than the first book, and I probably enjoyed it more than the first novel, as it was more unique. My only complaint is that these novels really should be a three part novel, rather than a trilogy. Ends in a massive cliffhanger ...
good book i enjoyed it :)
Awesome book, I enjoyed all of it. I enjoyed the different perspectives (just seeing out of Grace and Sam's eyes was getting a tad boring) and I can't wait to see what happens in the next book.
After reading Shiver I wasn't sure I wanted to continue with the rest of the series. I am really glad I gave it a chance because this book is really good! It was nice to hear Cole and Isabel's point of view (I get tired of Sam and Grace). After the cliffhanger ending I am looking forward to reading Forever.
Even better than the first. The tension builds, and builds up. Once again, a surprise ending; it's definitely one that wants to make you go from hours of reading the ending of Linger to the beginning of Forever as quickly as possible. Gripping, wonderfully constructed, well-developed characters -- just the whole package.
I was really upset at the ending! It's a cliff-hanger!
