Add a CommentGood movie - kept my attention throughout. Bit violent but you have to empathize with Lisbeth's desire for revenge. The ending has you waiting for movie 3.
enjoyed all three books saw the movies , the original and the recent one. still liked the books better. good books.
Jan 18, 2012 Brings the book to life, just reading the third book and it's nice to have watched this to put some faces on the characters and refresh my memory about this episode. (It's been about three weeks since I read this book.)
If you read the book trilogy – you will love this movie and following episodes. Very well adapted – I was truly surprised by the trilogy movies; it’s exactly how I imagine this story, while reading books. And if you haven’t’ read the trilogy, don’t worry – you will enjoy it. Amazing- great acting, great script, very realistic!
again, very fast paced. keeps your interest through out.
Not as good as The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Film seems to have some big holes in the story (either that, or I was too dense to follow it, even though I'd read the book).
This was an excellent sequel. I wasn't too happy with the ending, but thankfully I have the third and final film, so hopefully it will pick up where this one left off. Great casting and excellent acting were also found in this one. And it was good to learn a bit more about Lisbeth's past. All in all, an excellent thrill ride. Once again, my attention was snared from start to finish.
Didn't bother watching it through.. Lisbeth is not a particularly likeable character and I was bored.
Prefer the books, but these films are well done and a good distraction for a rainy day.
Too many plot holes to make this movie any good.
