So it's all for one and one for all as they join Barbie's counterpart Ken, a thespian hedgehog named Mr. Pricklepants, and a pink, strawberry-scented teddy bear called Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear to plan their great escape and ensure that no toy gets left behind.

Another top film from Pixar and this one finishes off the "Toy" series nicely. The Library copy I got was badly scratched and doesn't play very well. NOT hard to look after DVD's people!
i love toy story!
This Is My Mom's Favorite Toy Story Movie! We Saw It In Theaters Twice, And I Got It On DVD For My Birthday Party. Honestly, I Can't Decide On Whether This Or Toy Story 2 Are Better, But I Liked Both Of Them Much More Than Toy Story 1. I Honestly Don't Like One That Much, I Just Don't.
Great! Lotso was a great villain and Woody is a natural hero!
Funny and well-paced, for me it was the best in the series. Notably enjoyable were the pseudo-gay Ken moments and the cameo appearance of Studio Ghibli (Japanese animation studio) character Totoro from "My Neighour Totoro" (as a plush toy). Like the other Toy Story movies there were scenes that were meant to feel 'creepy' (i.e. the surveillance monkey, the baby doll on the swing) so it's not necessarily the best for very young kids. Nice conclusion at the end, doesn't really lend to a 4th movie which makes any Toy Story fan feel contented that the story ended on a high note.
Great ending to the series, although Toy Story 2 is my personal favorite. The toys need to get over their loyalty to Andy. He wants a real Barbie. They need counseling. Love the Lotso Huggin' Bear character and back story. The only problem with the franchise is that it perpetuates the American desire for toys, whether it's Barbie and her dream house or the latest version of an iPhone. Maybe I shouldn't be too harsh. I still have my teddy bear, Benjamin and, more recently, Bambi, an animated, oxygenated vinyl doll.
Sequels (or "franchises") have a tendency to fail in later editions. Toy Story is still going strong. Still a good plot line and characters. Still nothing to offend the kids, but something to keep adults involved as well.
it was a good movie! but i think the first two were better!
An amazing movie, and one that is always close to my heart. I grew up with the original two movies and this third one really touched me, seeing as in a year I will be the one going off to college. It's a perfect movie for all ages.
