I absolutely loved this book. Although the initial plot is cliche, I like that the author wrote it very realisticly and balanced it with fiction as well

I love this book. It is a unique take on a traditional high school romance. The main character was not only realistic on a three dimentional level, but incredibly relatible to all teenagers. This is now one of my favourite books, and I would reccomend it to any and all people who have a soft spot for a well writen and meaningful love story.

I think it was over all an okay book but the actions of most of the people in the book just made me angry so I couldn't enjoy it to the fullest.

I really enjoyed reading this book especially with "coming out" being such a hot topic on show like Glee I really felt bad for Ian and I think the way homosexuality was portrayed was accurate in high schools.

This book deals with homosexuality in high school. Openly gay Ian, a dancer training to become professional, falls in love with Jess, the school's star football player. Although able to pursue a relationship in secret, Jess refuses to admit he is gay where his family and friends are concerned. Although the writing is good, this storyline is not original.
