Citizen Anarchy [essential movies]

Annotation:There is no good reason not to watch this movie. This comment abides.

Annotation:It was a tough choice between this and Pulp Fiction as the best Tarantino film thus far. Honestly, the rawness of Reservoir Dogs wins out and the fact that it feels less manufactured than Pulp Fiction (the dancing scene with Travolta, for example - Walken's monologue for another). Great performances and excellent dialogue.

Annotation:The path to self-destruction has never looked better or more interesting. When I go I hope it's a huge musical production with appearances by Ben Vereen and Jessica Lange.

Annotation:Gorgeous and disturbing. The performances are top notch and is likely the first and only time a Peter Greenaway movie actually made sense from beginning to end.

Annotation:One of the best modern noir films made.

Annotation:The creepy acting and the evil bunny automatically gain this a four star rating.

Annotation:It stars a six foot tall invisible bunny! What more do you need to know? Oh, okay...James Stewart rocks the acting sock in it, too.

Annotation:Believe it or not, all the hype you hear about the film is actually true. It really is that good.
