Tech Time is divided into three 20-minute timeslots that you can sign up for upon arrival. If you do not get a timeslot, you may put your name down on a waiting list in case we are ahead of schedule.
Some common topics are Microsoft Office programs, mobile device troubleshooting, setting up and navigating a new device, accessing e-books and other online library resources, creating a social media account, adjusting device settings, transferring files between devices, and managing files or photos.
We are unfortunately not qualified to fix a damaged device or replace components.
We also offer a series of beginner computer classes, called “Computer Skills,” which are best for those without basic knowledge or who want to explore an entire topic rather than a specific question.
