Nothing comforts like a bowl of homemade soup! In this class you’ll learn how to make Minestrone, a classic Italian soup that is hearty, healthy, and ideal for lunch or dinner on a chilly day. This soup is loaded with vegetables, beans, and pasta, and perfect for using up expiring produce!
In this class you’ll make an individual portion of food and learn the skills to recreate this recipe at home. To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container. Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
Class size is limited to 12 participants.
