Join Ayman Qroon (Associate Machine Learning Scientist, Amii) for an overview of ChatGPT. Ayman will offer a non-technical overview of how ChatGPT was developed, how it works, examples of real-world applications, and tips on how to use ChatGPT effectively and ethically!

This session is part of Learn Downtown, a City of Learners speaker series offering bite-size learning opportunities downtown. A complimentary lunch will be provided.

Ayman Qroon is an Associate Machine Learning Scientist with the Industry team at Amii, using his expertise to help Amii clients advance their ML projects and capabilities. Ayman comes to Amii from Mariner Innovations, where he worked as a Machine Learning Engineer, using ML to optimize energy consumption in commercial buildings. He also worked as a Quality Engineer at Acciona Infrastructure Canada Inc and as an Engineering Safety Assistant at Connors Bros.

Ayman earned an AI Professional Certificate from Stanford University, as well as a BSc. in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of New Brunswick.
