Managing Emotions: A Parent's Guide To Navigating Big Feelings

If you have been looking for support to navigate the BIG emotions you've encountered in your parenting journey this workshop is for you! The Managing Emotions workshop focuses on the common emotions experienced by both children and parents, addressing how to manage overwhelming feelings. During this workshop parents will explore reflective, communicative, and healthy coping strategies to navigate emotions positively through co-regulation and gaining a better understanding of your child's emotional developmental needs.
