A father, whose son is captured by nonchalant traffickers, travels great distances facing dangers and unsuspecting odds while traversing two worlds, two countries. No ocean is too deep no distance too great for this father's mission is to reunite with his son.
I liked this cartoon DVD. The graphics are very well done. It almost looks like the real ocean and fish. The story is strong. The family bonds and friendship bonds are strong in this story. The community works together very well. This is Part I. Part II will be Finding Dory.
Take a trip to the EAC to search for Nemo and meet the quirky characters along the way
As an ocean creature enthusiast (especially aquatic mammals), and even though I'm very much an adult, I'll probable be forever smitten with this movie. The visuals (animation, characters, and backgrounds) are stunning, and the story is very sweet, in spite of a few moments of potential heartbreak, which Disney always seems to include, even though it can be tough for smaller kids to experience. I suppose we tend to appreciate positives more when faced with negatives. That and a story has to have a hero and a villain to keep it interesting. That was a little deeper than I intended to go with this comment. Anyway, I highly recommend this movie. I have bought it a couple of times (DVD and Blu-Ray, back when I upgraded my player).
"Just keep swimming."
A really fun and sweet movie, and of course with so many great quotable lines. Visiting the aquarium was forever changed 'look mom/dad it's Nemo!!!'
One of the first Disney Pixar movies to come out not to long after Toy Story. This movie is awesome for all ages, it has stuff for adults and children. Finding Nemo is among Disney's animated greats.
Great colours, fantastic techniques, funny and educational. Also recommended to zoos and marineland.
I loved finding Nemo so much and when I heard that this movie was coming out I just couldn't wait to watch it and it was as good as the first one. I loved that we got to see the character of Dory develop even further. I never get tired of watching this movie because it is so interesting. There are several sad scenes in the movie but I certainly loved the ending. I loved that Dory finally chose to dig around about her past and tried to remember things. There are so many good lessons in this movie as well. For example that one should never give up. Another thing I loved about this movie was it that was very funny as well. I totally recommend this movie to people of all ages. I give this movie a 4.8 out of 5 stars -@terrificbooklover of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public LIbrary
Finding Nemo is a wonderful and heart-touching movie about a little fish struggling to find his own way, and his father's journey to make sure his son gets home safe. Nemo is a young clown fish that grew up without his mother, and feels suffocated by his father's over-protectiveness. In an act of rebellion, he goes to touch a Butt, but he never comes back, and his father begins the journey of a lifetime to bring him back home.

Sarah 1991: Couldn't agree more! My mom (and grandmom) always said "If you damage it, you fix it or replace it!" Just common courtesy!
“Finding Nemo” was a very emotional movie for me to watch. I would like to mention that I am very grateful that this movie was a part of my childhood and it has impacted and increased my love for animals ever since I saw this movie. I am also happy to know that they made a movie based on Dory as well. This movie is filled with happy and sad moments, making you go through an emotional rollercoaster. When I went to the movie theater to watch this I remember the people beside me telling everyone around them how much they enjoyed it and it the best movie they saw yet. I am honoured to say that I truly agree with them and they weren't wrong at all. I recommend this movie to anyone of any age. It’s filled with touching moments and important life lessons. I rate the movie “Finding Nemo” a 5/5.

This movie will tug at your heartstrings while also making you laugh at every turn. After Nemo is separated from his father Marlin (a clownfish) he ends up in a fish tank where a young girl is a little bit too fascinated with him. His father Marlin, meets Dory, a blue reef fish with short-term memory loss who joins him on his quest to find his son. This movie tells the story of a parent’s love for their child and their eternal bond. With many ups and downs and colorful imagery, this movie is perfect for children and families of all ages to enjoy together. I would rate this classic film 5/5 stars and recommend it to anyone who wants to relive childhood memories or pass them on to their own.

One of the most popular Disney and Pixar films to date, “Finding Nemo” follows the story of a young clownfish who has gotten lost, his father, Marlin, who is searching for him, and a fish Marlin befriends during his search, Dory. Nemo gets lost after he ignores his father’s warning about how dangerous the sea is. Together, Marlin and Dory attempt to find Nemo who has been captured by fishers. Nemo meets other animals after he is abducted and placed in a dentists’ fish tank. They try to plan an escape back to the harbor from which they came. A brilliantly colourful, adventurous film that is still beloved to many children and adults alike.

Finding Nemo is a wonderful tale of adventure about a clownfish named Nemo and the struggles his father goes through to find him and bring him home. Finding Nemo is full of comedy and heartwarming moments. This was an amazing movie to watch when I was a kid, and even now after rewatching it, I still enjoy it. This movie is definitely worth watching and I think this is a film for all ages and definitely a family film. I would rate Finding Nemo 4.5/5.

My 4 year old grandson loves this movie. And yes, I did let him watch the very beginning. Great fun for children and adults.
Pixar at the top of their game. My young daughter is obsessed with Nemo and Dory and I don't mind this one being on repeat for the 100th time
Disney Pixar does it again with the Best Film of the Year (2003)! It is amazing how many of their films each year are the top films. "Finding Nemo" is funny, cute and heart warming. Great for the entire family.
I really like Finding Nemo. I remember in 2003 when I was in Gr. 5, my friend Mark brought this movie to school and we had a movie day that day. A lot of kids from my class brought movies to school. They would bring a whole set of movies, but only on VHS and we had to vote, but most of the kids voted for Finding Nemo, so then we had to watch it. It was a really good movie. I still like this movie. Later that year, my uncle came to our house and gave us Finding Nemo on VHS, so then I got to watch it again. Than it was on TV on pay-per-vew, that means that Finding nemo was on all day and all night until you get bord of watching it. We still have it on VHS. OK, I finally got to borrow Finding Nemo on DVD. I put a hold on it. I watched it but it was scratched, so I had to look for my VHS of Finding Nemo, hoping I will find it and I did. I wrote this on July 15, 2014.
One of the best Disney movies of all time! I could watch this movie over and over again.
Finding Nemo --- DVD The cover blurb says this is “one of this year’s best films”? in 2003 when it was released. In my opinion, this video has stood the test. It’s about a timid father’s love for his son that makes him risk swimming the oceans tio find his lost Nemo. It is about humour, ios is about loyalty, it is about love. You deserve to see this film. With small children or all by yourself. This film has aged very well.
I have always E>ed this movie. Totally adorbs.
Can't wait 2 C Finding Dory!! XD
Best movie by Pixar!!! I can watch this over and over..Oh my kids love it too!!! LOL!! Cant to see Finding Dori!!!Love Ellen!!!
