A world-defying love is put to the ultimate test in the New York Times and USA Today bestselling sequel to Veronica Rossi's "masterpiece," Under the Never Sky (Examiner.com ). In this second book in her spellbinding Under the Never Sky trilogy, bestselling author Veronica Rossi combines fantasy and dystopian elements to create a love story as perilous as it is unforgettable.

It's been months since Aria last saw Perry. Months since Perry was named Blood Lord of the Tides, and Aria was charged with an impossible mission. Now, finally, they are about to be reunited. But their reunion is far from perfect. The Tides don't take kindly to Aria, a former Dweller. And with the worsening Aether storms threatening the tribe's precarious existence, Aria begins to fear that leaving Perry behind might be the only way to save them both.

Threatened by false friends and powerful temptations, Aria and Perry wonder, Can their love survive through the ever night?

A good second book in the series. The characters increase in complexity and continue to grow. Looking forward to the third book.

Since the 1st book Perry was named Blood Lord of the Tides, and Aria was charged with an impossible mission to find the still blue which may or may not exist. The Tides don't take kindly to Aria, a former Dweller. And with the worsening Aether storms threatening the tribe's existence, Aria leaves Perry behind to save them both. I give this book a 3 out of 5 because at some parts it moved really slowly.

It's not often that the 2nd book is more exciting than the first, but this one was. I read it in two sittings and am glad the 3rd one is out! No waiting! Love it.

Roar is the one I fell in love with. Perry's too hotheaded and all the mush between him & Aria is overwrought. jmho.

So, so, so good. Sequels are always a risk, but this book is just as good as the first one. Incredible world-buildling, the return of an old enemy, and a shocking death (no spoilers)... how long until the next one? And can I tell you how much I love Perry?

This action-packed sequel lives up to the originality, romance, and action of the first. Rossi does a fine job of building the plot with mesmerizing craft that makes this a page turner. The prose paints a vivid picture and Perry, Aria, and the countless other characters, settings, scenes, and sequences come alive.
