Add a CommentPretty much the homebrewers's bible. I purchased a copy, adding this essential resource to my home library. Also worth reading if you're just starting out: The Complete Joy of Homebrewing by Charlie Papazian. I'd recommend starting with Charlie's book first... a few of the techniques are a little dated, but the info is still relevant and presented in easy to understand terms.
This is really a fantastic book to start with as far as I'm concerned. I just started brewing and having read Papazian's book was left with a lot of technical questions. Those questions and more are answered here and it should prove to be a continuous resource as my knowledge and abilities expand. I decided to buy it after checking it out and reading it for only a couple of days!
