This beautifully illustrated book is written by seasoned Canadian Children's author with Nunavut author Michael Kusugak. It is an adventure story about how Allasha disobeys her mother and goes fishing in the ocean. She encounters the Qallupilluit and the story tells of what happens next. Your children(and you,) will love this book. Will make a great gift for a wide range of ages.

Good story . Goes to show how if you use your head you can probably have good end results. When the whole family pitches in the results are even better.
Good book .

This was one of my fav. books when I was little. Reading it now, I'm not sure what was so special about it. I guess thats what being a kid was all about? maybe not though
