All I saw was Vegan cook books for Robin Robertson

Preachy. Not really that healthy. Calls for cooking with olive oil at high temperatures which destroys the benefits of olive oil. Says sugar is bad for you, then presents recipes that use sugar. Nearly every recipe calls for some type of carcass or other. Yum. If you want good, healthy recipes, try Robin Robertson, Annemarie Colbin or Madhur Jaffrey's books.
