Being as inflexible and suffering from a back injury that resulted in surgery, I find myself unable to perform most of these moves. They're much too challenging. However, if you're the type of person who is flexible enough and does not suffer from any bodily injuries then this one should be a perfect part of your Pilates collection! Please don't let my score deter you from trying it out for yourself.
