The only redeeming aspect of this film is the varieties of camera angles and many of the scene compositions. They make it interesting to watch. If other films were to mimic this one in that respect, they could do well. Everything else about it is rather bad: the awful cutting up of the play's organization, and especially the acting, especially that of Hawke who plays Hamlet. If you have zero acting skills, or at any never use any of them, and still want to be on screen, this film should give you some hope.
