Brief page turning stories that don't really add anything to the DC mythos or the characters covered within.

This volume suffers the same problem as most anthologies, i.e. the different stories have wildly inconsistent writing and art styles. In the case of "Secret Origins", the editors followed the usual practice of front-loading the book with the strongest/most interesting origin stories (in this case Superman, Robin/Nightwing, Harley Quinn, Green Lantern) before things take a sharp turn for the worse (Starfire, Green Arrow, Damian Wayne). Worth checking out, on the whole, though manage your expectations.
