This is a good cop crime drama. Well acted, especially DeNiro, Liotta and Keitel. Stallone, in a non-traditional Sly role, did decent. Fairly slow paced, leading up to a wild ending. Has an edgy indie feel about it. Feels Cohen-y to a degree. I enjoyed it from start to finish.

Interesting fiction about a town populated with cops and controled by mobs...until the local sheriff decided not to take it anymore.
