It’s 2019, and we’ve been learning that most of what this film points out about the U.S. health care system is true, and thus distressing. Things have not changed for the better. In view of the current huge debate about what should be done about the American health insurance/health care/sickness care system, it’s well worth watching. It was well presented and I believe deserves the awards it was given.

A movie that sickens me about our "health" care system. I agree that doctors should try to push more health and preventative methods instead of drugs. A decent movie to get you thinking about what one can do for their health.

We've reached a point as a society where we praise any film, no matter how bad it is, for tackling particular subject matters. This film offers no solutions, profiles two people, never examines the Farm Bill in depth, and rests on a happy upbeat note rather than a sense of urgency or call to action. Average unfocused documentary.
