A must-read for anyone who serves customers. Terry O'Reilly's book contains so many tips about providing excellent customer service and creating a workplace culture to support it. It's readable, approachable, entertaining, and funny. Fans of Terry's CBC radio show are sure to love this book.

Excellent and inspirational for any of us involved in small business and trying to find a strategy to break into the market. Also a good read for anyone interested in how advertisers are trying to appeal to us as consumers and what makes an ad great.
