    Yoda, that wise soul said, "Do or do not, there is no try." What you do defines you. Learn how to do more!

    If you're one of those people who wants to make change in your life, but you don't even know how to *think* about doing it, this book can help. Don't let the title scare you. You don't have to be an "achiever" to get something out of this book. Think of achieving as "doing." Think of doing as a valuable act in an of itself.

    What I really like about the book is that Roth gives concrete tools and exercises and ways of thinking, all based on his experience at the amazing Stanford, that anyone can really use to overcome obstacles (internal ones are killer!) to making our lives what we really want them to be.
