Covering the story, Angie learns that the Texan was being plagued by personal troubles -and may have also been the victim of extortion from the town's marshal. Now, Angie has decided to publish these allegations which implicates various members of the town's business community. But her quest for the truth may reveal more about her fellow citizens -and her son -than she wants to know. And it may also place her life in jeopardy
