A thorough analysis of the rise of Nazi Germany in the 1930s. Methodically describes how propaganda slowly infilitrated all aspects of German life, subjugating anyone standing in the way of the ultimate goal of Nazi world domination. Also, chillingly, details how the new science of eugenics became a cornerstone of Nazi belief in Aryan racial superiority, and lay the groundwork for the Holocaust.

Lots of material to wade through, but does provide a detailed explanation of why Hitler was able to attain power during a turbulent time in Germany
