This is a must-read for all! It should be prominently displayed in libraries. It should be required reading for all men taking a course on anger management, on court ordered domestic violence classes, and for women in domestic violence treatment and indeed in any class having to do with relationships between men and women. It is visceral in the way it affects the reader, with the reality of this horrendous life, and how impossible it was for this woman to truly escape, how so many lives were ruined by a vicious man, how no one stopped the torture in this home for years. A very well written rendition.
