I'm planning a long weekend trip for this upcoming summer in southern Alberta that will dip over into Saskatchewan. Picked up this book from the library to see if there were any good tips. Apparently this author thinks that Western Canada consists of the Yukon (which isn't even part of Western Canada), British Columbia, the Canadian Rockies mountain parks and Calgary. Not the capital city of Alberta, Edmonton, nor any of the other fantastic provincial parks are covered, and two entire provinces of Western Canada - Saskatchewan and Manitoba - are completely omitted. This book is a joke. It should just be entitled 'British Columbia with information on the Canadian Rockies'.
