Before ''The Wire'' there was this six part Ghetto TV series exposing what the C.I.A. and personal bad decisions has done to a lot of black people in real life nationwide period.

If you've seen The Wire, chances are you will enjoy The Corner. It's made by the same people, all about life in west Baltimore, the drugs, the poverty, the violence, the desperation... Much more about family life than was The Wire (and based on a true story too) but you will see some familiar faces in unfamiliar roles. You will be moved by the lives of these people.
