My three year old loves this book and asks for it again and again. He says the 'sounds' along with me. It reads in a lovely poetic way that is engaging and soothing.

this is a very fun book to read. it has a nice rhythm and pace and lots of room for personality of the reader. my son (28m) just LOVES this book.

All aboard the rain train! Lots of great noises with this train. Its feeling is much the same as Sally Suttons Roadworks-but with more a dreamy, otherwordly feel to it-with fits well into the final pages where a child snuggles in bed listening to the rain train.
