This is a long book to read, but not necessarily a hard read. There's a lot of scientific information, but worded exactly how you'd think Cameron Diaz would say it to you. I think this is good for those who are uncomfortable with their bodies and don't have a lot of information about good nutrition, sleep, etc. and don't remember a lot from biology classes in high school! I do like the positive spins she put on embracing difficult things such as working out and growing old.
