Napoleon Bonaparte was a French military commander and political leader whose legacy cannot be understated. Love him or hate him, he changed the course of European history. The period of the Napoleonic Wars (1803 – 1815) was hugely influential on writers of the period and continues to be a popular setting for fiction to this day. Here are some epic examples from the EPL collection that are sure to challenge and tantalize.
