This report summarizes what was said by youth, parents, educators, and concerned citizens as they spoke out in favour of GSAs. As a result of the advocacy from Edmonton Social Planning Council and many other community partners, Bill 10 was amended to grant students the legal right to create a gay-straight alliance in their school.
