EPL Picks: Red Dress Day

Red Dress Day, also known as the National Day of Awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls (MMIWG), is an annual event observed on May 5th. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness of the violence and injustice that Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people face, and to honor the lives of those who have been lost. This booklist shares the stories of the missing and murdered, and shows the strength and resilience of Indigenous women.
